Subscription Plans

We offer flexible subscription plans to suit different needs, whether you’re an individual reader or part of an organisation. All plans provide full access to PolicyCON content – the difference lies in the billing and the number of users. Here’s an overview of our plans:

  • Individual Monthly Plan: Get unlimited access to all articles, reviews, and newsletters for a flat monthly fee. This plan is ideal if you want flexibility with no long-term commitment. You can cancel or upgrade at any time. It’s a great way to start if you want to experience PolicyCON month by month.
  • Individual Annual Plan: Enjoy the same unlimited access but at a discounted yearly rate. By paying for a year upfront, you save compared to the monthly plan – essentially getting a few months free. This plan is perfect for regular readers and policy enthusiasts who know they’ll be with us for the long haul. One convenient annual payment and you’re set for the year
  • Team/Organisation Plan: Designed for small teams, academic departments, NGOs, or businesses, this plan allows multiple people to access PolicyCON under one subscription. Instead of each person subscribing separately, your team can have a group account with a set number of user profiles (for example, 5 or 10 users). Everyone under the plan gets full access to content. It simplifies management and often comes at a bulk discount per user. It’s an excellent option for offices or study groups that want to stay informed together.
  • Enterprise Plan (Custom): If you represent a large organisation or institution that needs a tailored solution (for example, a university programme or a company with many employees interested in policy research), we offer custom plans. We can adjust the number of users and other features to fit your requirements. Pricing for enterprise plans is customised – please contact us to discuss the best arrangement.
  • Free Trial: We believe in our value, so we offer a free trial period for new subscribers (for example, 14 days of full access). This lets you explore PolicyCON and ensure it’s right for you before you commit to a paid plan. During the trial, you can read articles, engage with content, and see the range of perspectives available.

All subscription plans come with community support and easy management. Whether you choose monthly or annual, you’ll have access to subscriber-only features, and you can upgrade or downgrade as needed (see Manage Subscriptions for details). Students and individuals in low-income regions may also watch for special promotions or discounts as we occasionally partner with sponsors to improve access to PolicyCON’s resources.

Transparency is important to us. Our pricing is straightforward – no hidden fees. Taxes (if applicable) are clearly indicated during checkout. Payment is handled through secure methods, and you will receive a confirmation and receipt via email for your records. We also send reminders when your renewal is coming up, especially for annual plans, so you’re never caught off guard.

Choosing the right plan depends on your situation. If you’re an avid reader, the Annual Plan offers the best value. If you’re introducing PolicyCON to your team at work or a classroom, the Team Plan can bring everyone on board. And if you’re just curious to dip your toe in, the Monthly Plan or free trial lets you explore with minimal commitment. Whichever plan you go for, we’re excited to have you as part of the PolicyCON community, accessing independent policy insights and supporting diverse voices in policy discussion.
